She is the founder of Bright Willow Consulting, where she helps organizations simplify complexity, align strategy with execution, and empower people and processes to deliver long-term impact by balancing structure with adaptability.
 

Throughout her career, Lori has led teams of 40+ professionals supporting over $8 billion in revenue, implemented lean and continuous improvement systems across global functions, and partnered with senior executives to design strategies that deliver measurable impact. She has a proven ability to translate data into insights, streamline processes, and implement operating rhythms that improve accountability, performance, and profitability.
